Jay-Z and Kanye West don’t do ordinary. To celebrate the release of Watch the Throne, the rap superstars have opened a pop-up shop in New York City at Openhouse Gallery (201 Mulberry St.). If you’re in the area, check out the Riccardo Tisci artwork and chopped-up Maybach from the “Otis” video, which is being auctioned off to benefit the East African drought disaster. Jay and ‘Ye’s hot-selling CD will also be available for $15 and there will be DJ sets and maybe a surprise guest or two. We wonder who it could be…

The standard edition has been narrowed down to 15 tracks including the singles “6 Foot 7 Foot,” the Rick Ross-assisted “John,” “How to Love,” and “She Will” featuring Drake, while the deluxe contains three additional songs.

All hail king “Otis.” Jay-Z and Kanye West get the adrenaline pumping in the video for the Otis Redding-sampled single from their hot-selling album Watch the Throne, which is expected to move over 500,000 copies in its first week.

Directed by Spike Jonze (Where the Wild Things Are), the feel-good visuals show a lesser-seen side of the hip-hop heavyweights, laughing and having a blast as they chop up a Maybach (don’t worry, they’re donating proceeds to charity), set off fireworks, and go for a joy ride with some fine females. Comedian Aziz Ansari even joins the fun. We want in.

The rap powerhouses unleash their animal instincts in two particular photos, transforming into wild beasts with quills, scars, and a set of teeth that could do some serious damage.

If you’d rather hold a piece of hip-hop history, physical copies of the CD arrive in stores Friday. The deluxe edition, boasting Tisci’s embossed patterns, will be available exclusively at Best Buy from August 12 – August 22.

Taylor Swift pulled into Philadelphia last night for the latest stop on her “Speak Now” tour, surprising fans with another cover song. The country crooner performed an acoustic version of TLC’s 1999 hit “Unpretty,” which was released when she was just 10 years old. In addition, she took on hometown hero Pink’s “Who Knew” while strumming the guitar.

During previous shows, the 21-year-old singer has covered Eminem’s “Lose Yourself” and Pras, Mya, and ODB’s hip-hop classic “Ghetto Supastar,” calling it her “seventh grade anthem.”

Lil Wayne turned to his Young Money cohort Drake to get his opinion on “She Will,” a new song set to appear on Tha Carter IV (Aug. 29). Wearing a Chicago Bulls fitted, Weezy is seen laying down his verses in the booth and chatting online with Drizzy, who is featured on the track.

“What goes around comes around like a hula hoop/ Karma is a bitch, but just make sure that bitch is beautiful,” raps Tunechi.
